The Cervical Spine Research Society - Europe is an organization of individuals interested in clinical and research problems of the cervical spine. Its purpose is the exchange and development of ideas and philosophy regarding the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spine injury and disease.
Dear Friends & Colleagues,
It is a great pleasure to address you as President of the Cervical Spine Research Society – Europe. We are the leading Spine Society in Europe, focusing exclusively on cervical spine pathology, diagnosis, and treatment of cervical spine injury and disease. The cervical spine is such a complex region of the spine, and organisations, such as ours, really are so important as a reliable resource for any clinicians that have to treat these complex problems daily in our institutions.
We are a Registered UK Charity and function entirely as a non-profit making organisation.
Everything started with the strong will of Prof. Mario Boni, Chairman and full Professor in orthopaedic surgery from Pavia, Milan. He was not able to speak a single word in English. Nevertheless, he was the ‘engine’ able to move forward and start the Cervical Spine Research Society European Section.
